посылка пришла обычным письмом в почтовый ящик без отслеживания. карандаши разные по мягкости. первый слева на фото- 38, потом 10,за ним 41 и справа 23.38- немного твёрдый отлично рисует 38,10,41 – с металлическим блеском. для губ 23- к сожалению, ближе к темной малине, совсем не то,что ожидала. но покупать у этого продавца рекомендую. с продавцом не общалась, так как проблем не было.
